Biotek PMU pigments are pre -mixed for a perfect and stable healed result. You don’t have to add a modifier, you can use the color directly from the bottle. Shake well before use. The Biotek Pigments come from the pharmaceutical industry, which means that the good, clean pigment powders are (very refined).
